For People Who Require Discretion

Flexible for your unpredictable schedule

A woman with short dark hair, wearing a navy blue shirt, smiling and holding a remote control in a conference room, with a presentation projected on the screen in the background.

Care shaped around the pressure

you're actually under.

Three populations whose stress, stigma, and stakes work differently than most —

and whose systems I've worked inside directly.

Physicians & Residents

Burnout, moral injury, and the specific strain of training and practicing medicine. Assisted with a hospital-wide wellness check-in program used by residents and fellows across a health system for four years and taught well-being curricula to first-year medical students.

Student-Athletes & Coaches

Performance pressure, injury, transition out of sport, and competing under public scrutiny. Trained athletic trainers and athletic program staff in suicide prevention and crisis response; currently coach a local athletic program. Former NCAA Division 1 player and Coach.

High-Stakes Professionals

Executives, faculty, and first responders whose margin for error is thin and whose visibility makes discretion non-negotiable. Advised university and executive leadership teams directly on crisis response and mental health strategy.

Four things that shape how I practice.

Built inside the institutions, not outside them

A decade directing a university counseling center and assisting hospital wellness programs — I understand the culture, hierarchy, and unwritten rules of medicine and athletics from the inside.

Crisis-trained, not just talk-therapy trained

Certified in suicide prevention (QPR), threat assessment, and psychological first aid — trained to recognize and respond to acute risk, not only long-term patterns.

Evaluated, not just delivered

Programs I've built have been presented at national medical education conferences (ACGME, AAMC) and international counseling program conferences (AUCCCD) using outcome data — care that's expected to show results, not just good intentions.

Built for discretion

High-visibility clients need confidentiality handled with more care than a typical intake form provides. Telehealth available across PA, DE, and FL.
